Cancellation and Return Policy

1. Canceling an Order (Before Shipping)
You may cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped. After successful cancellation, the full purchase amount will be refunded via the same payment method used to make the payment.
2. Right of Withdrawal (after receiving the order)
If your order has been shipped and/or received, you have the right to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal. This means you can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
After submitting your return request, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
3. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the costs of returning the order, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Refund
Once we have received the returned products (unused and in their original packaging) in good condition, we will refund the full purchase amount, including any standard shipping costs paid for the original shipment.
The refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
