If you purchased the product from via our website, our store in Loosdrecht, or our showroom in Zevenaar:
• You can submit a warranty claim below.
• Our customer service team will process your request as quickly as possible and respond within 3 business days via email.
If you purchased the product from another seller or marketplace:
• You must submit your warranty claim directly to that seller.
• The seller will provide information about the further procedure and handling.
Yes, the warranty is valid worldwide. After we receive your claim, we will contact you by e-mail within 3 business days to confirm that your warranty request is being processed and, if necessary, to resolve it as quickly as possible.
The warranty varies per product and is valid from the date of purchase. Always check the specific warranty conditions in the Terms and Conditions or on our website.
3-year warranty: SUP board, kayak, balance board (plank), sofa, yoga dock, island.
1-year warranty: Beach trolley, all paddles, all bags, dog pads, paddle floater, kayak seat, all fins, water bottle, safety leash, pump, half ball (balance board), yoga mat, yoga block set, pump hose, valve.
3-month warranty: Beach towel, poncho, t-shirts, sweaters.
No warranty: Screw set, postcard set, repair kit.
