If your question is not answered in the FAQ, here’s what to do:

If you purchased the product from via our website, our store in Loosdrecht, or our showroom in Zevenaar:
• You can submit a warranty claim below.
• Our customer service team will process your request as quickly as possible and respond within 3 business days via email.

If you purchased the product from another seller or marketplace:
• You must submit your warranty claim directly to that seller.
• The seller will provide information about the further procedure and handling.
