Avoid Scam & Phishing Websites
Shop safely with MOAI
At MOAI, we prioritize our customers’ safety and trust in the services we offer. Unfortunately, there are currently numerous unofficial advertisers & websites attempting to deceive people into spending money on non-existent or counterfeit products, often masquerading as genuine brands.
While we cannot directly control these sites, we encourage you to read the following FAQs to help you avoid falling victim to scams while shopping with us.
Is MOAI associated with this website/social page I found?
First and foremost, ensure that you are shopping on an official MOAI, dealer or reseller website.
Our genuine URLs are:
- moaiboards.com
- moaithebrand.com
For our official dealers you can check:
https://moaiboards.com/stores/
We do not operate any outlet stores or discounted versions of our website. If you come across a site claiming to sell MOAI products at prices that seem too good to be true, they probably are.
I found a deal on social media with a sale on all products with 80-90% off, is this true?
Our official website, dealers, newsletter, social media pages & ads are the only places where we run exclusive deals and share the latest MOAI news. You can find us on:
- Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/moaiboards/
- Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/moaiboards/
Any other accounts claiming affiliation with MOAI are likely to be imposters.
What to do if I receive ad or messages from an account pretending to be MOAI?
Avoid purchasing from the account. Delete the message without responding and block the account. Do not open any attachments or click on links provided by the fake account.
Additionally, if you encounter a social media account advertising our products under a different handle, please report the them to the social media platform and to our customer service team. To report a Facebook ad to us, follow these steps:
- Click the ‘Share’ button under the advert.
- Select the ‘Send in messenger’ option.
- Send the ad to ‘MOAI’.
I purchased MOAI products with a suspicious website, what can I do now?
If you’ve ordered from a suspicious website, you won’t receive an order confirmation from us because the order wasn’t placed with our official site.
We recommend contacting your bank or payment provider promptly to stop the transaction. They can provide further guidance & will likely be able to advise you further.
What is MOAI's policy on these scam websites?
We actively monitor and take all necessary action against these sellers to protect our customers and our brand.
I received this mail from MOAI, is this really you?
