Once we receive your submission, our team will carefully review it. We’ll check the condition, completeness, and resale potential.
If your product meets our standards, we’ll approve it and get in touch with you to confirm the next steps.

Listing & Sale
Your product will be listed in our official MOAI Pre-Loved Collection. We handle everything, from creating the listing and promoting it, to managing customer inquiries and logistics.
You can sit back while we find the perfect new owner for your gear.

Get Rewarded
When your item sells, you’ll receive 70% of the final sale price, or choose 100% store credit to put toward a brand-new MOAI product.

We make it easy! Once your product sells, we’ll create a prepaid shipping label free of charge. All you need to do is pack your item securely, attach the label, and send it off. We’ll make sure it reaches the new happy MOAI adventurer safely.
